We are committed to protecting your privacy. We have structured our site so that you can browse our site and the trainings that we provide without revealing any personal information. Once you decide to register for one of our classes, you will need to provide basic information that is needed for registration and billing.Personal Information
When you register for a username with our website, we will ask you the following information:
- Your full name,
- The name of the company you represent,
- Your address,
- Your phone number,
- Your email address,
In addition, during the registration process, you will be allowed to choose your own personal password to use for the account. This will prevent other people from using your account in any unauthorized way.
When you actually register for a class, we will ask for your name and the names of any other people you wish to register under your account.
What we do with this information
We store this information on our server so that we can keep record of the registrants in our classes, and so that we can send you an invoice or receipt for the classes for which you register. We will maintain your information as an account so that you can quickly register for any classes that you wish to attend.
We will also use your information for the purpose of contacting the registrants should there be a cancellation of a class or to discuss any billing issues.
We may also use your address and/ or email from time to time to notify you of any upcoming trainings that we are planning.
What we do not do with this information
We do not give, sell or rent any of your personal information to any third party under any circumstances. The only other company we share your information with is PayPal, our payment provider, so that your credit/debit card transaction can be completed.
Credit/Debit Card Information
When you make a purchase from our online store, our secure payment provider, PayPal, asks you for your credit/debit card details in order to make the transaction. The information that PayPal asks for is:
- Your card number
- Your card security code (printed on the back of some cards)
- Your card "valid from" date and expiration date
- Your card "issue number" (for certain types of cards only)
- The name printed on your card
- The billing address that is associated with your card.
This information is collected securely using 128-bit encryption between your Web browser and PayPal's secure server. We never see your actual card details, apart from the cardholder name. PayPal does not supply us with this information.
