Value Centered Leadership

This course is a tutorial on methodologies for earning the “right to lead”. Real leadership is a privilege granted to us by those who willingly choose to follow. This seminar examines the qualities of an ethical leader and how we might develop such qualities as part of our leadership style. Someone once said: “People accept the leader before they accept the vision”. Integrity, honor, selflessness and other important leader traits are covered.

About the Instructor:
Doug Hendricks, M.A., M.M.A.S is a retired Marine Corps Colonel with over 35 years of leadership and management experience. He is a highly skilled written communicator, public speaker and training developer with a proven record of stimulating organizational success. Doug works with industry and government to facilitate the fielding of new technologies for U.S. military services. He offers keen insights into the nuts and bolts of operational efficiency, productivity and growth for both private and government agencies. He has been a facilitator for strategic, operational planning and leader training. Doug has served as a formal school training developer for both U.S. and International clients.
