Mission, Vision & Core Values Training II
It is Trillium’s mission “to empower people to have a voice in conquering barriers and following their dreams” which is a concept that can be applied universally. The heart of this lively, interactive training helps acquire a deeper understanding of our individual passions in order to help pursue a richer, more meaningful life.
The concepts we explore include the following:
- Support Community Contribution
- Develop Valued Social Roles
- Teach Respect for Self and Others
- Utilize Natural Supports
- Promote Community Inclusion
- Establish Reciprocal Relationships
- Acknowledge Dignity of Risk
Mission I is a prerequisite to Mission II class.

About the Instructor:
This class will be led by a team of facilitators from Trillium Services. Trillium Services is a Duluth-based organization that provides support services to individuals with developmental disabilities. A person-centered approach is the key philosophy integrated throughout all of our services which are provided in a variety of settings in the community. |
