Success Stories Orion Associates has played an instrumental role in the success of Covenant Enabling Residences of Minnesota. Our organization is a Christian based, not-for-profit corporation serving sixteen individuals with developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, mental health issues and other related conditions. We have been working with Orion Associates since 1999. During this time, their people have gone above and beyond in their work with us. They have always been willing to lend a helping hand. Every phone call, visit, letter and fax has been accompanied by a friendly, professional and prompt attention. When times have been difficult and deadlines have been near, Orion Associates has come through to provide excellent support and services especially in the area of Finances (budgets, contracts, payroll, etc..), Human Resources, sharing their expertise with regards to hiring practices and training requirements to ensure Rule compliance, as well as Program Development/Policy and Procedures, to assist our Programs to their full potential. We feel fortunate to have Orion Associates as an extension of our organization. It is nice to know that if you have questions, there is someone you can call.
